1 Introduction
With the advancement of China's urbanization process and economic development, the total energy consumption of buildings in China has continued to grow, and the growth rate has become faster and faster. At present, China is already the world's second largest energy producer and consumer. Statistics show that China's building energy consumption accounts for about 28% of the country's total energy consumption. Of the 2 billion square meters of new buildings built in China each year, 99% of them It is a high-energy building; only 4% of existing buildings have adopted energy-saving measures. If the building energy consumption is allowed to grow at this speed, it will inevitably bring great pressure on China's energy supply security. Therefore, building energy conservation is imperative. This paper briefly introduces the application of the Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system in hotel projects through the analysis of the energy consumption monitoring system of the Ramada Center SPA in Liuzhou.

3 Project Overview
Ramada Plaza Liuzhou is located in Liudong New District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi. The total land area of the project is 28,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 58,000 square meters. The ground floor is 16 floors, the basement is 2 floors, and the building height is 63 meters. It is a five-star hotel. It belongs to a class of high-rise buildings and the spa is located on the third floor of the hotel.
This project monitors the electricity consumption of the hotel spa and the heat consumption of the air conditioner. The specific distribution of monitoring points is:
A distribution meter of ACR220E is installed in the distribution circuit of the SPA center. An electromagnetic flowmeter is installed in the inlet of the central air conditioner of the SPA center. Two temperature probes are installed at the inlet and outlet of the air conditioner, and the heat capacity of the air conditioner is calculated with the heat total calculator. Consumption.
In 2014, Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. undertook the design and implementation of the energy consumption monitoring system for the Ramada Plaza SPA Center in Liuzhou. The system adopts the Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system, which mainly realizes online monitoring of the power consumption of the SPA center and the heat consumption of the air conditioner, which facilitates the energy management of the building.
4 system architecture
Acrylic's Acrel-5000 building energy analysis management system uses workstation mainframe, communication equipment and measurement and control unit as the basic tools to provide a basic platform for real-time data collection of Ramada Hotels, which can constitute any complex monitoring system. The system mainly adopts a hierarchical distributed computer network structure, as shown in the system structure diagram:
5 system software module

Reflecting the energy consumption trends of the past 48 hours, the past 31 days, the past 12 months, and the past 3 years of a classified energy consumption;
The energy consumption pie chart for the month reflecting the energy consumption of a sub-item;
Reflecting the energy consumption of a certain classification in each month of the year;
5.3 Classification energy consumption branch energy consumption report
The branch road can be flexibly selected, and the daily, monthly, weekly, seasonal and annual energy of the branch road energy can be counted in a certain period of time;
Through the powerful pivot table, users can perform a variety of data statistics and combine and sort the data;
Statistics can be displayed in a variety of charts, such as histograms, dotted lines, stacked charts, and pie charts;
Statistics can be exported to Excel;
5.4 Classification energy consumption branch non-working daily energy
Statistics on the use of working days and non-working days of each branch, non-working days can be flexibly set through the system;
Statistics can be exported to Excel;
5.5 Year-on-year analysis of classified energy consumption branches
Count the monthly energy use of each branch in the same year and use energy in the same period last year;
5.6 Classification energy consumption branch

5.7 Classification energy consumption branch
It can query the energy parameters (such as voltage, current, power, power factor, harmonics, etc.) of any branch for a certain period of time. The specific queryable parameters are related to the installed instrument and system configuration.
The data is displayed in the form of a chart or a table. The chart can be enlarged, reduced, and moved by mouse operation; the data can be sorted (maximum, minimum);
Statistics can be exported to Excel;
5.8 Configuration Options
According to the relevant technical specifications, the basic information of the building is configured, for example: building function, building area, air-conditioning area, building address, etc., wherein the building area and other information will be analyzed by energy consumption per unit area;
Configure the basic information such as the type, model, and manufacturer of the instrument used in the project, and add the monitoring parameter information that can be provided by the instrument. The configuration here affects the energy consumption statistics, the time-use energy statistics, and the parameter query function.
Configure all the meters used in the project, save the address, ratio, corresponding collector, code, name of the monitoring circuit, etc. of the meter;
The information about the meter, the proportion, and the calculation method involved in configuring the energy consumption statistics can be flexibly configured according to the project conditions. The configuration information here will affect the functions of the energy consumption sub-items in each category. ;
Configure each department to use the corresponding meter, calculation method, proportion and department energy consumption plan. After completing this configuration, the department energy consumption analysis function module will be enabled;
Configure the meter, calculation mode, and proportion of a certain energy-using area in the building. After completing this configuration, the area energy analysis function module will be enabled.
6 hardware selection
The station control management team uses an industrial computer, an A4 printer, and an online UPS power supply. The communication layer device uses an 8-port serial server.
Field equipment layer: It is a data acquisition terminal, which is mainly composed of intelligent instruments. The power meter passes through the shielded twisted pair RS485 interface, and uses the MODBUS communication protocol bus type to connect to the communication server. The communication server and the switch arrive at the monitoring host, and the field instrument passes the double. The twisted wires are connected by hand in hand, and the number of meters per bus is less than 25.
The monitoring point of this project is located in the spa center on the third floor of the Ramada Hotel. A multi-function instrument of ACR220E is installed on the distribution box in the strong electric well of the spa center, and an electromagnetic flowmeter is installed in the water inlet of the central air-conditioning of the spa center. And set two temperature probes at the air conditioning inlet and outlet, and calculate the heat energy consumption of the air conditioner with Welter's WTX-6610R heat total calculator. Two types of meters are separately connected to the data acquisition device via two buses.

8 Outlook
According to the analysis of the energy consumption operation effect of the Ramada Plaza SPA Center in Liuzhou, a typical energy consumption analysis model was established and unified analysis.
â— Establish a building energy consumption measurement system, identify the energy consumption of the building, find the black screen of energy consumption, and make the energy-saving transformation more targeted. At the same time, consolidate the results of energy-saving transformation through management measures such as metering and charging and performance appraisal.
â— Select energy-saving equipment (inverter, heat recovery unit).
â— Even the best energy-saving equipment can not afford to save energy. By adding automation energy-saving equipment, formulating equipment operation strategies, reducing human intervention, and centralized control, energy-saving equipment is achieving energy conservation.
The same-ratio analysis data provided by the energy consumption monitoring system is used to quantify the results of energy-saving retrofits to maximize the energy-saving effect.
9 Conclusion
With the increasing energy shortage, energy saving and consumption reduction have become the inevitable choice for the construction of large-scale intelligent buildings. The Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system introduced in this paper can monitor the operation status of energy-consuming equipment and can draw each according to the collected data. Reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc., easy to analyze and research, provide reference for energy-saving technologies of intelligent buildings. The system is safe and reliable, which greatly facilitates the use of users. With the development of society and the increasing energy shortage, the remote monitoring and management of classified energy consumption and sub-item energy consumption has become an inevitable trend of intelligent building development.
