Fourth, on the schedule agreement

Fifth, the project quality and acceptance agreement

If Party A does not participate in the inspection of concealed works and intermediate works on time, Party B may accept the acceptance of Party A, and Party A shall acknowledge the acceptance. Sixth, the project price and settlement agreement

4. Payment methods for construction funds:

1. 2. As Party B violates relevant safety operation regulations and fire control regulations in the construction process, resulting in safety or fire accidents, Party B shall bear all economic losses and legal liabilities arising therefrom.

IX. Liability for breach of contract, disputes or disputes

1. For one reason, when the contract cannot continue to be fulfilled, the other party should be notified to terminate the contract and the responsible party should compensate the economic loss caused by the other party.

2. During the performance of this contract, in the event of a dispute between the two parties, the two parties shall take a consultation to resolve or request the relevant department to conduct mediation without prejudice to the progress of the project.

X. Supplementary Provisions
