Our powder coatinghave totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of the fence panel. Two fixed guns for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is always fixed at the position of spear top.

Crosscut testing for the powder coating.
The QC of powder coating checks the surface by light both sides. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped from the eye of QC.
