New technology for chemical fertilizers and pesticides

Putting fertilizers and pesticides on top of the solvent (referred to as the upper suspension method) can speed up the dissolution and improve the quality of the solution.

Principle Solutes have two opposite processes of solution and crystallization in solution. The upper suspension method is based on the upper part of the solvent, and the dissolved particles can get rid of the crystallization under the action of gravity, and can be expressed by "undissolved solute---dissolved solute". It can be seen that the upper suspension method has a faster dissolution rate, and the loading body with the upper suspension solute can filter the insoluble impurities, and the conventional law does not have this function. Therefore, the overhang method can improve the quality of the solution.

Method This method is applicable to the dissolution of all chemical fertilizers and water-soluble pesticides in water application. The method is to select a carrier that is both permeable to water and not leaking fertilizer or medicine according to the particle size of the fertilizer or pesticide. The hand-held carrier is immersed in the upper part of the container filled with water (in terms of invading fertilizer or medicine), swimming and oscillating the carrier, generally the dissolution process can be completed in a few minutes, and if the time is sufficient, the solute static suspension method can be used. The carrier containing the fertilizer or medicine, the midpoint of the crossbar of the dry container mouth, and the medicine or fertilizer immersed in the water, let it stand still, usually for 30 minutes and to complete the dissolution process.

Advantages 1. Improve efficiency. A 1% aqueous solution of copper sulfate was tested and prepared. The time ratio required for the upper suspension method and the conventional method is 1:1.96; in the static state of the solute, the time ratio required for the upper suspension method and the conventional method is 1:33.85. Dissolving calcium superphosphate, the conventional method is to prepare a mother liquid, and to stand still overnight, after the insoluble matter (gypsum) is precipitated. The clarified liquid is taken out and diluted for application; and the hanging method can be dissolved into a solution of a desired concentration once in about 10 minutes, and the gypsum can be filtered out. It can be seen that the hanging method can improve the working efficiency. 2, to prevent burning seedlings. The chemical fertilizer or pesticide dissolved in the upper suspension method can ensure uniform concentration of the whole liquid and no impurities. As long as the concentration is appropriate and used properly, it can prevent burning seedlings (fertilizer or phytotoxicity) and ensure the application effect. 3. Improve efficiency. The conventional method of dissolving a slow-dissolving pesticide such as copper sulfate or ferrous sulfate must be broken or dissolved in hot water beforehand. The upper suspension method does not need to be broken, and can be quickly dissolved by using normal temperature water, which can save the energy cost of breaking the labor and hot water.
