2016 Henan Aluminum Processing Technology Exchange Conference Held in Luoyang Longding Aluminum Industry

On May 31, 2016, the Aluminum Processing Technology Exchange Conference of Henan Province and the Fifth Council Alteration Meeting of Henan Aluminum Processing Association were held in Luoyang Longding Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.

More than 80 representatives from the province's more than 30 aluminum processing companies, Gongyi City Science and Technology Commission and Gongyi City Industrial Clusters, and Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou Aluminum Research Institute, Luoyang Nonferrous Metals Processing Design and Research Institute attended the meeting. Guan Shaokang introduced the characteristics, existing problems and prospects of the Hazlate continuous casting and rolling process in China's production practice. Guan Shaokang believes that due to the high-throughput continuous casting and rolling production process is carried out under a large flow, high-speed cooling mode, the aluminum plate blank has coarse grains, and is prone to metallurgical defects such as cracks, pore inclusions. It is necessary to further study the influence of the alloy components on the structure of the blank and the properties of the finished plate material, and adopt a custom component design to obtain the optimal alloy structure.
